A relaxing vacation in a green, unspoilt setting! A few steps lead up to the gîte. Ground floor: separate living room with fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen with dining area and separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 1.40m, 1 bed 0.90m), shower room and balcony overlooking the garden. Gas-fired central heating. Outside, terrace with arbour and unfenced grounds. Parking and table tennis shared with another gîte, GR1554V. Free access to the lake on foot. Heating is provided for 3m³ per day, with a supplement of €3.35 per additional m³. Cleaning deposit 70 €.
