Living room with open kitchen, shower room with WC. Upstairs, 2 attic bedrooms: one with a 140x190 bed, the other with 2 90x190 beds. Electric heating. 1.7-hectare semi-enclosed wooded park shared with 2 4-person Holiday cottages (1 adjoining Le Tillou) and another 10-person cottage (independent gîte). Piscine shared (9x6m, secured by fence) with the owners and guests of the 4-person Holiday cottages. Private terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol and Canadian barbecue. Car parking.
