The Holiday cottage has three levels, each with its own space: on each floor, a bedroom with its own private shower room: the perfect balance between conviviality and intimacy. The shaded terrace under the pergola invites long summer evenings with a drink in hand. The swimming pool promises relaxing afternoons of laughter and siestas in the sun. And then there's the surrounding area... Just a stone's throw away, the superb Château de Montal watches over the valley. Holiday cottage on 3 levels. The main level is on the 1st floor: living room with open-plan kitchen and dining area, sitting room, small balcony. One bedroom with 160cm bed (private balcony), shower room and separate WC. 2nd floor: bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, shower room with WC. Ground floor: bedroom with 140cm bed, small bathroom with WC and access to terrace. Terrace with pergola, summer kitchen (currently being finished but accessible), cellar with washing machine, alarm-protected swimming pool (size: 4x8 / 1m50 deep). Lightly overlooked village house in the garden from the road. Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay housekeeping included. Additional heating in winter (meter reading).
