Set in a small hamlet in the heart of a green area overlooking the beautiful Vert valley, Le Pré aux Biches is housed in a spacious vaulted room that harmoniously blends tradition and modernity. Ideally designed for the comfort of 2 people, we love the modern, fully-equipped kitchenette, the cosy sleeping area, the harmonious decor and the large bay window opening onto a beautiful wooded and flower-filled area with several garden furniture sets! We love the generously-sized swimming pool with its beautiful view over the valley and the hills as far as the eye can see! Here, calm, rest and charm are the watchwords...and the lucky ones will be able to admire the deer and hinds in the meadow! The swimming pool is open from June to September.

On a 1-hectare property on the outskirts of the village, loft-style accommodation on the ground floor of a house with separate entrance. In the same living room: a lounge area with flat-screen TV, a fully-equipped built-in kitchen area (microwave, electric oven, vitro hob, fridge-freezer and all small appliances) and the bedroom area with a 140cm-wide bed. Separate shower room with toilet, thermostatically controlled shower, washbasin and towel heater. Dressing room. Outside: laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher), private terrace with gas hob, private, unenclosed 200m² grounds with garden furniture, grounds and facilities shared with the owners: 14x4 swimming pool, ping-pong table, sun loungers.
