Spacious, comfortable Holiday cottage for 2 people (50m2), located in the Countryside in a quiet, leafy, flower-filled setting. Close to the owners, it benefits from a view, pleasant surroundings and shady parking. Built in local stone and restored in its own style, wood and stone have retained a predominant place in the building, while the insulation provided by modern technology protects it from the heat in summer and the cold in winter. In summer, enjoy the terrace and garden. In winter (this Holiday cottage is winter-rated), you'll be cradled in the warmth of the crackling wood in the fireplace (free wood). Low-temperature electric heating. Reversible air conditioning. Heating and wood included!
Ground floor: living room (fireplace/insert)/dining room/kitchenette/open-plan bar, shower room with partitioned WC. First floor: mezzanine (access by spiral staircase) leading to bedroom (1 bed 1.40m), 500 m² unfenced garden. Laundry (outside access): gas barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, board games, library, 20m2 terrace. Low-temperature underfloor electric heating. Reversible air-conditioning.

FTI73 COMME A LA MAISON
GITE AU CALME, BIEN AMENAGE. DES RANGEMENTS DANS TOUTES LES PIECES, salle de bains et cuisine équipées. C'est agréable de pouvoir ranger ses produits de toilettes dans des tiroirs et non au sol.
J'ai apprécié le feu de la cheminée. Les nuits sont très calmes.J'ai été superbement accueillie par les propriétaires, discrets et à disposition.
Gite proche des commerces et des lieux touristiques (voiture indispensable). Il est situé dans le LOT mais limitrophe de plusieurs départements ce qui est un atout.
