This Holiday cottage is modular, and can be rented out for 6 people using only the ground floor, at an adapted rate. Ideally located in the center of the department and close to major tourist sites such as Padirac and Rocamadour, Le Pigeonnier de Langlade boasts the typical charm of Quercy houses, approved by a contemporary touch of the most beautiful effect. Indeed, the interior has been renovated in a resolutely modern and original spirit, both in terms of equipment and decoration. Outside, you'll appreciate the large terrace and small shaded areas, perfect for relaxing or enjoying lunch whatever the weather. Whether you're a family or a group of friends...looking for a quiet retreat or a friendly get-together, Le Pigeonnier de Langlade is perfect for all occasions! Just 4 km from Gramat, with all shops, leisure facilities and services.
Terrace of 50m², unfenced grounds of 2000m², covered shelter of 70m² (attic with games and large table and chairs). Ground floor: living room with fully-equipped kitchenette, sitting area, separate toilet with washbasin, shower room with large shower, 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds (140cm) and 1 with 2 single beds (90cm). Attic floor: 1 shower room with WC, 1 bedroom (1 bed 160 and dressing area), 2 bedrooms each with a bed 140; gaming room with toys, TV, sofas. This Holiday cottage can also be rented with Holiday cottage 46G1616 for 10 people, 100m away. Oil-fired underfloor heating 15€ per day + wood stove on ground floor.

Très bon séjour en famille dans ce gîte
5/5Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce gîte. Céline est très agréable et est disponible pour répondre aux questions. Le gîte est très beau et possède tous les équipements et le confort nécessaire. Le seul petit bémol est la taille du salon et du canapé, nous ne pouvions pas tous tenir dessus, mais la salle de jeu compense et permet que les enfants aient leur endroit à eux. Dommage pour nous que le temps ne soit pas au rendez-vous car le jardin et la terrasse sont très appréciables. Je recommande vivement ce gîte, très bien situé pour découvrir cette très belle région

5/5Super séjour dans un gîte particulièrement bien équipé que se soit en terme de jeux pour les enfants ( jeu de société, table de ping pong dans une petite dépendance, salle télé avec des livres...) ou d'éléments de cuisine.
Je conseille fortement à toutes les familles qui veulent passer un séjour dans un grand gîte au calme à la campagne pour déconnecter.- Cleanliness 5/5

5/5Une très belle bâtisse, avec de très nombreux équipements. Rien n’a manqué pour nos retrouvailles entre amis. Espaces intérieurs comme abords extérieurs sont très propres et pensés pour favoriser la détente de tous, petits comme grands. La propriétaire s’est montré extrêmement accueillante, souple et cordiale. La situation du bien est de plus pratique pour rayonner sur le secteur tout en étant très au calme. Je recommande!
