Pigeonnier 29 m²: on the first floor, you'll find a charming living room with a fully-equipped kitchenette and lounge area, then a short staircase down to the shower room with separate toilet, then a miller's ladder up to the first bedroom (1 x 140cm bed) and a staircase with high, narrow steps up to the second extra bedroom (2 x 80cm beds). Reversible air-conditioning in living room and bedroom. Wifi access. Laundry service available on request. Outside, you can enjoy your own personal space, as well as the entire La Quintarde park with its petanque court. Enclosed grounds of 1 hectare shared with the Holiday cottage. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
