In the heart of the Lot countryside, in the peaceful village of Payrignac, this charming stone Holiday cottage invites you to slow down and enjoy an authentic stay, between nature and the gentle way of life. Located just a few minutes from Gourdon, it benefits from a calm, green environment, ideal for relaxing with family or friends. Situated on the same plot as the owners' house, the Holiday cottage retains all its privacy thanks to its slightly secluded location. As soon as you arrive, you'll be seduced by the character of the building: stone walls, exposed beams, warm volumes... here, the soul of Countryside homes blends with modern-day comforts. The interior is particularly pleasant to live in. The main rooms, laid out on a half-level under the beams, create a convivial, cosy space where you can gather after a day's strolling. The two bedrooms on the first floor are naturally cool in summer, and each has its own en-suite shower room for added comfort and independence. Outside, you can enjoy fine weather around the large swimming pool shared with the owners, in a relaxed, family atmosphere. Lazing in the sun, dining on the terrace, summer evenings lulled by the calm of the Countryside... everything invites you to take full advantage of the present moment. The Holiday cottage is also an excellent starting point for discovering the treasures of the Lot and Périgord: the medieval streets of Gourdon, gourmet markets, villages of character such as Sarlat-la-Canéda or Rocamadour, caves, castles and numerous Hiking trails in the heart of unspoilt nature. A simple, warm and authentic place, where you come as much to discover the region as for the pleasure of feeling good. Holiday cottage on 2 levels. Main entrance via terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs) leading to TV lounge area. A few steps lead up to the living room with open-plan kitchen. On the lower level, 2 bedrooms (160x200 beds) each with its own shower room, one of which has a WC, and a separate WC. Each bedroom has its own independent access on the same level. Private garden on the outskirts of the Holiday cottage, situated on an unfenced plot where the owners' house is also located. Piscine shared with the owners, secured by roller shutter. Pets allowed with deposit (100€). All-inclusive package.
