A new house located near the famous village of Saint Cirq Lapopie, the gîte "Le Perron de Saint Cirq" offers all the comforts you need for a wonderful stay. In summer, you can enjoy both the interior and exterior. In the garden, take a dip in the saltwater swimming pool or challenge yourself to a game of pétanque; indoors, cool off with the reversible air-conditioning throughout the house. Lying back in one of the sun loungers, you can take in the view of the Saint Cirq Lapopie rock, while enjoying the peace and quiet of the countryside. Not far from all the tourist activities the Lot Valley has to offer, the gîte is ideal for a get-together. What's more, all you have to do is put your suitcases down, as the gîte offers an all-inclusive package for less hassle. The house has 8 bedrooms, one of which is accessible to people with reduced mobility (with adapted bathroom).

All on one level. Entrance hall with table soccer and direct access to the terrace. Open, fully-equipped kitchen. Living room with TV (no access to channels at present). U-shaped house: in the right-hand section, 3 bedrooms, each with 2 90x200 beds that can be converted into 180x200 beds, a shower room, a separate toilet and a utility room/ pantry with an additional fridge. In the left-hand section: a walk-through room (games room) with TV, 5 bedrooms: 3 with 160x200 beds (including the one with disabled access) and 2 with 2 90x200 beds each, convertible into 180x200 beds. 2 bathrooms, including one with disabled access (WC with grab bar, large open shower, and adapted shower seat). Utility room. Unenclosed grounds. Saltwater swimming pool secured by roller shutter with automatic disinfection (5x10 / max. depth 1m40), hens/rooster in the grounds, bowling green, parking. wifi at gite.
