If you’re looking for an old farmhouse with a view of the surrounding countryside—a secluded holiday cottage nestled among pastures—Le Payroulié is the perfect place! The interior will charm you with its vintage furnishings combined with all modern comforts, and outside, at certain times of year, you may spot the owners’ sheep or cows grazing on the farm. You’ll appreciate the peaceful tranquility and the charm of nature throughout the seasons—it’s the perfect place to recharge! Near the holiday cottage, take a stroll around the Source Salmière Lake to go fishing or enjoy its snack bar and Restaurant. It’s a prime location for exploring must-see sites such as Rocamadour, the Gouffre de Padirac, the villages of Carennac, Loubressac, and Autoire with its stunning waterfall, Saint-Céré and its surrounding castles, numerous caves, as well as the Dordogne Valley and the Alzou Canyon!

The house is accessible via a few steps. A 23 m² covered terrace with patio furniture and an electric grill; a living area featuring a “cantou” (non-functional), a sofa, TV, table, and chairs; a fully equipped, built-in kitchen with direct access to a small 7 m² terrace; 3 bedrooms (one with a 130x190 bed, one with two beds 90x190, and a third with a 160x200 bed and a baby bed), bathroom (with washer and dryer), separate toilet with sink. Oil-fired heating. Screen doors on all windows. Covered carport for 2 cars. Partially fenced 2,000 m² lot. Pets allowed only upon request to the owners (due to the proximity of animals in the pastures).
