The Ouysse river that runs alongside the gîte enhances our well-being. The sound of water is so soothing and relaxing! Just 500 meters away, you can picnic, fish and swim in the turquoise waters of this river (under adult supervision for young children). Here, disconnection is the order of the day (white zone). Ideally located for fishing, with a magnificent spot on the Dordogne downstream, or for cave diving, with various chasms and resurgences nearby. The interior is pleasantly furnished and comfortable, with bed linen, towels, wood and heating included in the price!
Accessed by a stone staircase: private 18 m² terrace with garden furniture, awning and barbecue, then you enter the gîte with its dining area, living room (sofa bed in 160) and fitted kitchen corner, 2 bedrooms (2 beds in 140), a shower room and a separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140, crib, 2 beds 90), shower room, separate toilet and library area. Basement: laundry room with washing machine, sink and cleaning kit. Electric heating with radiator upstairs and underfloor heating on the first floor with a wood-burning stove in the living room. Covered carport. Parking space. Unenclosed grounds of approx. 1 hectare with portico, picnic table, sun loungers, table tennis and table soccer. Possibility of renting for 10 people on request at a different rate (sofa bed).
