Gîte on 3 levels. On the 1st floor, the main rooms with lounge/dining room/kitchen. On the 2nd floor, a first sleeping area with 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140x190). Bathroom with WC and corner bath. A mezzanine with 1 bed 90x190 and an office area. Ground floor: laundry/cellar with washing machine and dryer. A billiards room. A large bedroom with 1 x 140x190 bed, a mezzanine area with 1 x 140x190 bed, an adjoining open-plan bathroom and an independent toilet. Semi-covered balcony terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Unenclosed grounds: river and lake. All-inclusive package.
