5 minutes from Figeac, on the hills overlooking the Célé valley, discover Mas d'Ayrens. This former 1870 farmhouse, restored in 2000, offers all the amenities of a quality gîte, with its own equipment, furnishings and charming decor, as well as 2000m² of enclosed grounds planted with trees and a carport... enjoy a peaceful vacation in this authentic gîte in the heart of a green setting!
Holiday cottage on 2 levels. Ground floor: living room with flat-screen TV/dining room with access to terrace, fully-equipped kitchen, bedroom (1 bed 160cm), shower room (2 showers) and separate WC. First floor: 2 attic bedrooms (1 with 2 beds 90x190cm and the other with 1 pull-out bed and 1 extra bed) and separate WC. Baby equipment (high chair, Umbrella bed). Electric heating + fireplace, air-conditioning upstairs only. Outside, barbecue, garden furniture and deckchairs. The Holiday cottage is not equipped with a plug for recharging electric cars.
Holiday cottage not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Dounreay Tranquil gîte
Fabulous location, stunning views, beautiful garden, very friendly and accommodating host.
Well equipped kitchen, delightful touches around the house. Secure bike storage.
Seating was a little basic; and the double bed was small but comfortable. No Wi-Fi, although there is a decent 5G signal.
Easy access to Figeac and the Lot and Célé valleys. We had a very enjoyable week.- Cleanliness

Marige une belle adresse
Excellent séjour dans ce gîte très bien situé dans un beau cadre tranquille et cependant près de la ville. La maison est bien équipée, il ne manque rien. Merci pour l'accueil et les conseils pratiques.

Krn Séjour très agréable !
Nous avons apprécié ce beau gîte, très bien rénové, calme et pratique. Son cadre est tout à fait charmant. Beaucoup de beaux lieux à visiter dans les environs.

Gîte tout confort, literie excellente, très bien équipé.
Silence et sans vis à vis tout en étant à 4km de Figeac.
