Le Lendou is a large Holiday cottage housed in a traditional 18th-century Quercy house, combining authenticity and modernity. Situated between Cahors, Montcuq and Lauzerte, in the heart of the Quercy Blanc region and very close to the St Jacques de Compostelle pilgrimage route, Le Lendou is appreciated for its pleasant exterior, with its beautiful swimming pool and summer kitchen; for its warm, charming interior; and for its high quality amenities. Relaxation and serenity are the order of the day in this peaceful Countryside Holiday cottage.

Ground floor: 2 interconnecting bedrooms, each with independent access to the outside, shower room, separate toilet, 1 bedroom (1 x 140cm bed, direct access to terrace); 1 bedroom (2 x 90cm beds, access to outside). This part is not communicating with the first floor. Upstairs, a large living room comprising a sitting area (no TV), kitchen and dining area, opening onto a terrace on one side and a small covered terrace on the other. The kitchen is fully equipped, with built-in units. An airlock leads to a separate toilet, a shower room and 2 bedrooms, one with 1 x 90cm bed and the other with a 180cm bed (with 2 x 90cm beds). Wifi, oil-fired heating, mosquito screens on all windows. Unenclosed grounds of 2ha, parking, private Piscine (10x4), pétanque court. A 2-person caravan on the property can be rented in addition to the Holiday cottage. Washing machine in the boiler room, to be shared with the roulotte. Housekeeping included. Holiday cottage adjoining the owners' home, not overlooked. Pets allowed with an additional deposit of 60€.
