Set in 5000m² of wooded parkland, Le Jardin d'Eden is an old farmhouse that has been renovated several times, retaining its typical style with exposed beams, inglenook fireplace and souillarde. Set in a secluded green setting, you'll appreciate the shade of its terrace, its private lawn and its small back door with direct access to all shops and services... not to mention the lake 60m away: fishing and rowing facilities, the municipal swimming pool and 2 tennis courts just a stone's throw away (= 300 m)! Everything is designed for your comfort: air-conditioned cottage, pleasant rooms and quality equipment, beds made on arrival, linens and towels provided and cleaning offered at the end of your stay! Looking for rest and relaxation? Lyliane and Erick await you for a totally relaxing stay! Entrance to Lyliane and Erick's property through an electric gate (remote control supplied to guests), the Holiday cottage is at the back of the property, unoverlooked thanks to the trees, natural hedges + wooden and bamboo screen.

Ground-level access and on the same level: living room with sitting area (2 5-seater relax sofas), TV, DVD player, library area, wood-burning stove, built-in kitchen (built-in units, hob (2 gas and 2 induction), pyrolysis oven, fridge plus freezer, table with 6 chairs, etc.). 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160 and closet (hanging space, shelves) + 1 baby bed, shower room with shower and washbasin, separate toilet, storeroom with all cleaning equipment. The first floor is accessed by a spiral staircase: 1 bedroom with 1 x 140cm bed, 1 x 100cm bed, 1 chest of drawers and cupboards, reversible air-conditioning, bathroom (bath, washbasin, storage space, WC). Gas central heating. Reversible air-conditioning on first floor only. Terrace, lawn (200 m2) and private parking. Wooded park (5000m2) to be shared with owners. Table tennis, garden furniture, barbecue, boules, board games. No connection possible for electric car.
