Located in the Lot Valley, between Figeac and Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, this well-lit gîte overlooks the Hameau and combines design, ecology and Feng Shui. Restored with noble, natural materials, this 19th-century house boasts a refined, contemporary decor. The interior design by local artists is imbued with a sense of tranquility, the bedding is extremely comfortable, the linen is cotton, and the kitchen is fully equipped with quality crockery and cutlery. From the balcony, you'll enjoy a superb view of the swimming pool, and from the unoverlooked terrace, a restful view of the forest and our young walnut grove. In fine weather, you can enjoy a swim in our ecological swimming pool, while children enjoy the play areas in the meadow. In winter, you can enjoy the open fireplace. The gîte is close to many of the Lot and Aveyron's major tourist attractions. A staircase leads to the 1st floor: living room, open-plan kitchen, sitting room with inglenook fireplace. Ground floor: 1 bedroom with outside access (1 bed 160), separate wc, shower room (spacious Italian shower), laundry room (washing machine). 2nd floor: 1 attic bedroom (2 beds 90x200), relaxation area (games, reading) and 1 office. Wifi access. All-inclusive package. Unenclosed landscaped grounds with trees on 2 ha shared with guests in the hamlet. Ecological swimming pool shared with guests of 1 bed & breakfast (2 pers) and 2 other gîtes (2 pers, 3 épis, ref 46G12914 and 5 pers, 4 épis, ref 46G12091) and the owners.
