Living room (TV, fireplace, WIFI access)/Dining room (pellet stove) open onto fully-equipped kitchen. 3 bedrooms, each with 1 140x190 bed, bathroom with corner bath and Italian shower, separate toilet. Covered terrace with garden furniture, gas barbecue and plancha, ping-pong table. Enclosed grounds where the owner's house is also located: the Holiday cottage is situated on a private, unoverlooked plot with private, alarmed swimming pool (10x5, max. depth 1m80, open from July 1 to September 30). Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning optional. Electricity and heating included: consumption within reason (otherwise, extra charge payable on site).
