Le Gite de Marie is a house ideally located in the center of the department, at the crossroads of two popular tourist regions—the Périgord and the Quercy—in a hamlet 9 km from the highway exit. Perched high on a hill, on a clear day you can see the Massif Central from the house’s terrace! Set in a pleasant park with trees and flowers, Gite de Marie is appreciated for its functional comfort—it has everything you need for an enjoyable vacation!

A few steps lead to a foyer that opens to the right into a living/dining room (sofa, flat-screen TV, table, chairs) leading out onto a terrace, and to the left into a separate kitchen fully equipped with everything you need. The hallway leads to a bathroom with a large shower, a separate toilet, 1 bedroom with a 140-cm bed, and 1 bedroom with two 90-cm beds. Garage for one car. Outdoor furniture, umbrella, and grill. Enclosed property. Sheets, towels, and housekeeping are optional. Electricity included.
