Le Gite de Marie is a house ideally located in the center of the department, at the crossroads of 2 very touristy regions, Périgord and Quercy, in a hamlet 9kms from the freeway exit. In a dominant position on a hill, on a clear day you can see the Massif Central from the terrace of this house! Set in a pleasant park planted with trees and flowers, Marie's Gite is appreciated for its functional comfort, where nothing is missing for a pleasant vacation!

A few steps lead up to a hallway which leads to a living/dining room (sofa, flat-screen TV, table, chairs) opening onto a terrace on the right, and a fully-equipped kitchen on the left. The corridor leads to a shower room with large shower, separate WC, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm). Garage for one car. Garden furniture, parasol, barbecue. Enclosed grounds. Sheets, towels and cleaning optional. Electricity included.
