Le Domaine de Mons (former Templar commandery, 200-hectare property), its main activity is breeding cows and horses. It is located 1.5 km from Assier (all shops). The rustic Holiday cottage, separated from the owners' house by a few meters, by a hedge preserving its intimacy, is bright and spacious, in a quiet, unoverlooked location, and enjoys a beautiful view of the surrounding Countryside (the estate's meadows are further out on the causse). It has been restored with authenticity and comfort in mind. An above-ground wooden swimming pool (4.12 diam x 1.20 deep) is shared with Holiday cottage 46G12328 (2 pers). Direct access to footpaths.

An enclosed garden with flowers and a large terrace under an arbour (south-facing) leads to the entrance of the Holiday cottage with a living room/kitchenette, a Telework area, a hallway (wardrobe/shelves) and private WC, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 1.60m x 2.00m, 2 beds 0.90m x 2.00m, possibility of a baby bed) and a bathroom with double washbasin, walk-in shower and washing machine. Wood heating and wood-burning stove in the living room, stone floors in all rooms, wifi. Next to the Holiday cottage (west-facing), a landscaped area (fenced). Here you can enjoy breakfast in peace and quiet, sunbathe in the afternoon while listening to the crickets, admire the horses or watch the sunset in the evening while preparing grilled meats on the barbecue. Lovely walks can be made directly from the estate, and for cycling enthusiasts, there are bike hire facilities 20 km away, with circuits available from the Holiday cottage. Heating and electricity included in the price. Beds made on arrival (linen washed in summer), bathroom linen and kitchen towels provided. Housekeeping included at the end of your stay.
