Ground floor: hallway leading to 3 bedrooms (1 with 1 x 160cm bed and 2 with 2 connectable 90x200cm beds), laundry room (accessible from one of the bedrooms), small shower room and private WC. First floor: living room/kitchen (opening onto a terrace) and another bedroom (160cm bed) with its own open-plan bathroom. The 2 levels are accessible on one level. Unenclosed grounds. Heated private swimming pool from May to September - weather permitting - (salt water, 8x5m, 1m40 deep, secured by an electric shutter), pool house, pétanque court. All-inclusive package.
