This former family home, carefully restored in 2019, has regained all its soul of yesteryear. The owners have tastefully preserved its traditional features: exposed stonework, wooden beams, souillarde and cantou, reminiscent of old-fashioned evenings by the fireside. Each room exudes serenity, inviting you to take full advantage of the time that slowly passes, far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Outside, the charm is just as strong. In the garden, an old bread oven is a reminder of rural traditions. The village of Lacapelle-Marival is sure to please. You'll find all the amenities you need: shops, health services, pharmacy... and even a municipal swimming pool ideal for cooling off in summer. The Holiday cottage's location also means you're within easy reach of some of the Lot and Quercy's must-see sites: Rocamadour, the Gouffre de Padirac, Autoire, Saint-Céré, Figeac and the Célé valley, not forgetting Lake Tolerme. Access to the Holiday cottage by a few steps to the bolet. Ground floor: living room and fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom (bed 1.60m) with private shower room and separate toilet with washbasin. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (3 with 1 double bed (140cm) and 1 with 2 single beds (90x190cm), 1 shower room, 1 bathroom (bath, WC), separate WC. Bed linen, towels, cleaning optional / Electric heating with extra charge on meter reading. Wifi access. Unenclosed grounds with sheltered seating area, small garden furniture on the bolet, barbecue and deckchairs. Pleasant shade at the foot of the old bread oven.
