Our 3-hectare gîte is located in a peaceful natural setting. You'll be able to stroll in total peace and quiet along the path through the wild grasses, preserved for biodiversity, and enjoy breathtaking views! The song of cicadas and birds will enchant you! You'll enjoy your own private garden and nature relaxation area, with a lounge. There's also a closed storage area for your bicycles, if you have any, and an automatic gate to secure your car. Quiet but not isolated, we're just 10 minutes from a shopping area and 15 minutes from downtown Cahors. Our "Domaine de Cazes" is located on the GR 36, the route de Saint Jacques de Compostelle. There are plenty of hiking and mountain-biking trails, and if you'd like to try your hand at paragliding, the take-off site is just 500m away. Many villages and landscapes will enchant you. Rocamadour, Saint Cirq Lapopie, Duravel, Montcuq-en-Quercy blanc, Martel, Souillac and, a little further afield, Sarlat and Domme. Many castles (including film locations) are worth a visit: Bonaguil, Castelnau, Montal... The Henri Martin Museum in Cahors, Henri Martin's gardens at Domaine de Marquayrol, Labastide du Vert and many other places...

This large gîte, located on the owners' vast estate, extends over 3 hectares of unspoilt nature, promising privacy and relaxation. The spacious gîte combines comfort with rustic charm, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Stroll along the private footpaths, discover the local flora, or settle into a quiet corner for a session of outdoor reading. The owners, discreet but always available, will be delighted to share their knowledge of the area and recommend the best activities and excursions nearby. Whether you want to venture out to the charming neighboring villages, sample the local wines or simply enjoy the peace and beauty of nature, Domaine de Cazes offers the perfect setting for a rejuvenating vacation.

Single-storey gîte located in the owners' grounds. Private parking in front of the gîte. Covered terrace with garden furniture. Entrance hall leading to a large living/dining room with direct access to the terrace (TV, wood-burning fireplace), followed by a separate fully-equipped kitchen. The corridor leads to the bedroom with en-suite shower room and separate WC. Baby equipment available for children under two. Babies under the age of two will enjoy the peace and quiet of the cottage, but the layout of the grounds is not suitable for toddlers who walk.
