Le Clos Saint-Saturnin will seduce you with its authenticity. Located in the heart of a small commune called "Le Bourg", the Holiday cottage is close to Lacapelle-Marival (3km), where you'll find all amenities. The house borders the Parc Naturel Régional des Causses du Quercy, close to tourist attractions such as Figeac, Rocamadour, Gouffre de Padirac, St-Cirq-Lapopie, Vallée du Célé, Vallée du Lot, Vallée de la Dordogne. Equestrian center 10 minutes away. The interior blends tradition and modernity, with a living room featuring exposed stonework and a wood-burning stove. Two terraces overlook the 1500 m² enclosed garden. Not far from the Dordogne, the medieval City of Figeac and must-see sites such as Gramat, Rocamadour, Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, close to all amenities. Bungalow on two levels, but accessible on one level via the main entrance and a few steps to the garden. Living area (sofa, TV, wood-burning stove) with access to the 30 m² terrace, dining room, fitted kitchen area with access to the 13 m² covered terrace with garden furniture, separate WC. First floor: 4 attic bedrooms, one with private shower room (3 x 160cm beds and 2 x 90cm Bunk beds), shower room with WC, separate WC with washbasin. Laundry/ gaming room on garden level with washing machine, table soccer, ping-pong table and outdoor games. Electric heating (heat pump). Enclosed grounds of 1500 m² with portico, sun loungers. -> Linen is not provided as standard, but remains available for hire: remember to bring 160cm sheets for double beds (comforter cover, fitted sheet and 2 to 4 pillowcases) and single sheets for bunk beds (comforter cover, fitted sheet and 1 pillowcase). -> Please note: the bathtub is not functional.
