The interior is a blend of tradition and modernity, with a living area featuring exposed stonework and a wood-burning stove. Two terraces overlook the 1500 m² enclosed garden. Not far from the Dordogne river, the medieval town of Figeac and must-see sites such as Gramat, Rocamadour and Saint-Cirq-Lapopie. Close to all amenities.

House on two levels, but accessible on one level via the main entrance and a few steps to the garden. Living area (sofa, TV, wood-burning stove) with access to the 30 m² terrace, dining room, fitted kitchen area with access to the 13 m² covered terrace with garden furniture, separate WC. First floor: 2 bedrooms with sloping ceilings (1 x 160cm bed and 2 x 90cm bunk beds), shower room with toilet, second separate toilet. Laundry/games room on garden level with washing machine, table soccer and outdoor games. Electric heating (heat pump). Enclosed grounds of 1,500 m² with swing set, ping-pong table.
