The river is accessible on foot, and a pontoon for fishermen has been installed. Fishing, hiking, swimming and exploring the cliffs of the Lot await you. One-level gîte with no steps, suitable for people with reduced mobility. The house comprises a kitchen opening onto the dining/living room opening onto the covered terrace, fireplace with insert, library and study area, additional living room with TV, a bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed with access to the terrace and view through a French window, a bedroom with 2 x 90cm beds, a bedroom with 2 x 90cm beds to make a 180cm bed, an adapted shower room with toilet, separate toilet with washbasin, laundry room. Enclosed exterior includes courtyard for several cars, trampoline, covered terrace accessible from living room with garden furniture, terrace accessible from bedroom with garden furniture, large enclosed plot with barbecue.
