Le Balcon de Louise has the typical charm of the stone houses of the Causses du Quercy...but push open the door and you'll be pleasantly surprised by this totally original interior! right from the entrance, the kitchen in bold shades of black glitter and light wood sets the tone! the vast living room with its warm ambience and the bedrooms, all individually decorated, will win you over... all decorated with great originality and equipped with tastefully customized antiques... not forgetting the top-of-the-range equipment for optimal comfort and wellbeing... nothing has been forgotten to offer you an unforgettable stay. Outside, you'll appreciate the beautiful private swimming pool (salt treatment), located in the old garden. Just 3 kms from all shops and services, in the center of the département and therefore close to the must-see tourist sites, Le Balcon de Louise has an immediate appeal, where you'll feel right at home...a real favorite.
Ground floor: fully-equipped kitchen, laundry room, separate toilet, living room with large corner sofa and flat-screen TV. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, including 3 with 160cm beds, and one with 2 90cm beds; all bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms and WCs, as well as reversible air-conditioning. Outside, a lovely terrace shaded by a wisteria in season, wooded grounds, parking. The Piscine is 4x8m with a flat bottom, 1m40 deep. Access to the pool is via several steps, with the 1st wider step serving as a beach (pool secured by an alarm, closed by a secure gate and surrounded by the garden's stone walls. Umbrella bed and high chair available on request. Linen and end-of-stay cleaning optional.

Nous avons passé un excellent Noël en famille dans cette superbe demeure. Tout est parfait. Notre famille a été émerveillée par ce gite, une rénovation faite avec beaucoup de goût, rien ne manque pour notre confort bien au contraire. Sylvie et Alain sont des propriétaires d une grande gentillesse avec beaucoup d attention et de bienveillance. Nous vous remercions pour tout et espérons revenir très vite.

We have been renting holiday property in Europe for more than 30 years and this gite stands out as one of the very best.
The property is completely set up for both comfort and practicality. Of particular note are the very good quality beds and bedding, the excellent modern facilities as well as an excellent pool and beautiful grounds.
Owners are particularly friendly, welcoming and helpful but not at all invasive, making our stay very enjoyable. Their recommendations and suggestions were very helpful.

accueil très chaleureux dans cette maison de charme.Proprietaires très sympathiques, disponibles en temps voulu. Bons souvenirs de ce séjour.A refaire.
Merci pour ce point central qui nous mène a tout visiter sans faire des heures de route même le village à trois minutes avec tout ce qu'il faut en commerces et restaurants.

Titoune Superbes vacances
Nous sommes revenus " au balcon de Louise après 3 ans et comme précédemment nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances, nous étions ravis de retrouver Alain et Sylvie les propriétaires toujours aussi sympathiques et prévenants, dotées de petites attentions afin de rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. Le gite toujours impeccable, très propre et il ne manque rien. Sans oubliés les extérieurs et la piscine bien entretenus.
