Ground floor: fully-equipped kitchen, laundry room, separate toilet, living room with large corner sofa and flat-screen TV. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, including 3 with 160cm beds, and one with 2 90cm beds; all bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms and WCs, as well as reversible air-conditioning. Outside, a lovely terrace shaded by a wisteria in season, wooded grounds, parking. The Piscine is 4x8m with a flat bottom, 1m40 deep. Access to the pool is via several steps, with the 1st wider step serving as a beach (pool secured by an alarm, closed by a secure gate and surrounded by the garden's stone walls. Umbrella bed and high chair available on request. Linen and end-of-stay cleaning optional.
