Welcome to “l’Aubépine 20,” a comfortable holiday cottage located in Pradines, a charming town just outside Cahors, in the heart of the Lot region. Nestled in a quiet and peaceful residential neighborhood, this cottage can accommodate up to 6 people and offers all the comforts you need for a relaxing stay with family or friends. You can make the most of sunny days in the enclosed garden, which is ideal for kids or simply for relaxing in the shade of the trees. The icing on the cake: a private Piscine just for you, perfect for cooling off and relaxing in complete tranquility. Just a 10-minute drive away, you’ll discover Cahors, a city of art and history famous for its Valentré Bridge, its medieval streets, and its Market featuring local products. Wine lovers can visit the vineyards of the Cahors appellation, while nature enthusiasts will enjoy hiking in the Lot Valley or canoeing. Many picturesque villages, such as Saint-Cirq-Lapopie and Rocamadour, are also within easy reach for day trips. A true haven of peace, ideally located for exploring the treasures of southwestern France!

This single-story holiday cottage is semi-detached to the owner’s house. There is an outdoor area in front of the house with parking for 2 cars (plus additional spaces available in front of the property). The entryway leads to the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry room with linens. Three bedrooms, two with 140 beds and one with a 160 bed. Each bedroom has its own TV. Separate bathroom and toilet. Reversible air conditioning throughout the holiday cottage. Covered terrace with a lounge area and patio furniture. Enclosed garden with a round swimming pool secured by an alarm, a barbecue, and an electric griddle. Dry toilets near the pool. Sheets, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, a bag of wood pellets, and electricity (based on meter readings to be arranged with the owner) are available as optional extras.
