You can make the most of sunny days in the enclosed garden, ideal for Kids or simply relaxing in the shade of the trees. The icing on the cake: a private swimming pool just for you, perfect for cooling off and relaxing in peace and quiet. Just a 10-minute drive away, you'll discover Cahors, a city of art and history famous for its Valentré bridge, medieval streets and local produce market. Wine lovers can visit the vineyards of the Cahors appellation, while nature enthusiasts will enjoy Hiking in the Lot valley or canoeing. Numerous picturesque villages such as Saint-Cirq-Lapopie and Rocamadour are also within easy day-trip reach. A true haven of peace, ideally located for discovering the treasures of the South-West!

Holiday cottage on one level, adjoining the owner's house. Outdoor space at the front of the house with parking for 2 cars (+ parking spaces available in front of the property). Entrance hall leads to living room, fitted kitchen and laundry room with linen. 3 bedrooms, 2 with 140cm beds and one with 1 160cm bed. Each bedroom has its own TV. Covered terrace with lounge and garden furniture. Enclosed garden with alarmed round swimming pool, barbecue and electric plancha. Dry toilets near the Piscine. Sheets, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, bag of pellets and electricity (meter reading to be arranged with owner) optional.
