Ground floor: large 40m² air-conditioned living room with large bay windows opening onto the terrace covered by a roller blind; the living room comprises a dining area with fireplace and a sitting area with flat-screen TV; separate, fully-equipped kitchen; bedroom with 160cm bed; shower room, WC. Upstairs: 1 air-conditioned bedroom with exceptional view, bed 140; wc. Lower level: 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (140cm), TV, and a BZ sofa for extra bedding for 2 people, and the other with a double bed (160cm) and direct access to the terrace and Piscine; bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet; laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
