Welcome to "L'atelier du Montat", a charming Holiday cottage just a few kilometers from Cahors. This modern, recently-built Holiday cottage is the perfect choice for a relaxing getaway in the Lot. From the moment you arrive, you'll be greeted by a beautifully landscaped terrace, ideal for enjoying sunny days and starry evenings. The terrace features a private Jacuzzi, providing a relaxing space to recharge your batteries after a day of exploring. Inside, "L'atelier du Montat" is distinguished by its modern, well-cared-for décor. The bright, spacious living room is air-conditioned for comfort even on hot summer days. Contemporary furnishings and elegant decorative touches create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for relaxing with family or friends. "L'atelier du Montat is the ideal setting for exploring the riches of the Lot region. Just a short drive away, you can discover Cahors, renowned for its Valentré bridge, Vineyards and medieval center. Hiking enthusiasts will find many picturesque trails, while history buffs can visit the surrounding historic sites. This Holiday cottage is the perfect place to create unforgettable memories in the heart of the Lot.
Single-storey Holiday cottage set in the owners' grounds. Unenclosed plot with parking space to be shared with the owners. Enclosed, private garden not overlooked, with 5-seater Jacuzzi (open daily from March to November and for a minimum of 6 days from December to February). Kitchen opening onto living room with reversible air-conditioning, TV. 2 bedrooms, one with 1 140x190 bed and the other with 2 80x200 beds that can be linked to form 1 160x200 bed. Shower room. Un accueil chaleureux des propriétaires.
Un gîte propre, en excellent état (comme neuf), décoré avec gout et très bien équipé.
Le SPA est vraiment un plus très appréciable.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et reçu un très bon accueil. Les propriétaires sont très disponibles et sympathiques . Le gîte est très confortable,très bien équipé avec une jolie déco . Le spa a été très apprécié en rentrant de nos longues visites. A recommander sans hésitation.

Nous avons passé dans ce Gîte une semaine très agréable, dans une maison très bien équipée et très propre. Le Jacuzzi et la climatisation ont été très appréciables. Décoration faite avec goût. Très beau jardin au calme avec une belle vue dégagée sans vis à vis. Propriétaires très accueillants et sympathiques. Nous recommandons ce Gîte et nous mêmes ne manquerons pas d'y retourner lors d'un prochain séjour.

L'atelier du Montat est un gîte neuf,d'une propreté remarquable, très fonctionnel et très bien équipé, rien ne manque.La climatisation, le jacuzzi et la quiétude du lieu figurent parmi les nombreux atouts de ce gîte de grande qualité.
Il est situé dans un village sis à 5km de toutes commodités et proche du centre ville de Cahors. C'est le "spot" idéal pour la visite des principaux sites de la vallée du Lot.
Les propriétaires, voisins du gîtes, sont très acceuillants,sympatiques, efficaces, tout en restant discrets.
Tout est donc réuni à l'atelier du Montat pour passer de bons moments et se ressourcer.
