A cistern recovers rainwater, photovoltaic panels power the Holiday cottage, and sheep watch over the eco-pasture. Designed to be accessible to all, La Vacale also has a room for people with reduced mobility. Nature lovers will appreciate the many Hiking trails and historic sites to explore in the surrounding area. Whether you come on foot, by bike, on horseback or by car, La Vacale is perfectly equipped to welcome you: electric bike connections, horse paddocks and parking are all available. Upstairs, a shower room communicating with 2 bedrooms. 1 with 1 bed 140 and the other with 2 beds 90. 2 other bedrooms with 1 bed 140 and 160. 1 bathroom with claw-foot bath and WC. Mezzanine with games for Kids and outdoor walkway leading to a library. Unenclosed grounds: barn with bicycles, sheepfold, terrace with garden furniture. Above-ground Piscine (approx. 1m20 deep).
