Built in the 19th century, this bourgeois house with its exceptionally well-preserved slate roof is as appealing for its location overlooking the Dordogne River just below as it is for its interior design and authentic, cosy furnishings. Right in the heart of a village listed as one of France's most beautiful, we love the terrace covered by a pergola and wisteria, from which we have an exceptional view of the village castle! Inside, we love the large open spaces, bathed in light, and approved by top-quality fittings and decor, the perfect blend of modernism and respect for the old! We can already imagine moments of relaxation and sharing...in this place of undeniable charm...a place out of time in enchanting surroundings...a real coup de coeur!

A few steps lead up to the entrance hall, a lounge area with table and chairs and two armchairs, and then up a few steps to the laundry room (sink, washing machine) which opens onto a 3m² balcony terrace. 1st floor: lounge area (sofa, armchairs, TV, wood-burning stove) leading to a shaded 18m² terrace with garden furniture, sunbathing area, relaxation area and barbecue, followed by a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and relaxation area (all totally open-plan). 2nd floor: 2 attic bedrooms (2 x 160cm beds, one of which can be converted into 2 x 80x200cm Kids beds), bathroom (2 basins, Italian shower, bath, WC).
