Welcome to the gîte La Source du Quercy, located in the heart of the village of Alvignac-les-eaux. Recently built, the house offers all the comforts you need for a superb vacation with family or friends. You'll enjoy the all-inclusive package, private Jacuzzi and communal swimming pool (shared with the gîte on the same property). The location is ideal for visiting the tourist nuggets of our region: Dordogne Valley, Gouffre de Padirac, Rocamadour and many others. There's no shortage of activities: mountain biking, hiking, swimming, etc. So don't hesitate any longer and let yourself be tempted by a relaxing vacation at La Source du Quercy.
Single-storey gîte located on the same property as another gîte: Large living room/kitchen with connected TV, lounge/dining area, games area with arcade terminal, fully-equipped kitchen. 3 bedrooms: 2 with double beds (140x190 and 160x200) and one with 1 bed 90x190 and 1 bunk bed. Bathroom with walk-in shower, separate WC. Terrace, private Jacuzzi, gated communal pool, pétanque court, swing. Private parking. All-inclusive package. Fully air-conditioned gîte.

Le logement est très bien équipé et décoré avec goût.
Le gîte est très bien situé pour visiter la région.
