In a quiet setting, surrounded by green hills, La Roseraie is a pleasant contemporary house in the heart of the Dordogne Valley. With its enclosed park planted with trees and flowers in front of the house, its 2 terraces and its pleasant, bright, functional interior where nothing is missing...La Roseraie has everything to please! This Holiday cottage, 3 kms from the Dordogne river, ideal for Swimming, Fishing and Canoeing, and about 20 km from Rocamadour, is a very pleasant place to discover the many treasures of this valley. Semi-detached house with the owners' house, separated by 2 garages (one for the owners, the other for holidaymakers). 70m² house with all rooms on the ground floor: large living room (sofa bed with extra bed), with dining area and kitchenette. 2 bedrooms, each with a 140cm bed and built-in closet (possibility of adding an extra 90cm bed in one bedroom at extra cost, to be discussed with the owner), bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet. Underfloor heating, 2 terraces, grounds of 1000m² enclosed by fencing (1.20 m high) and closed by a PVC gate. Bed linen, towels, cleaning, heating and electricity optional (subject to meter reading).
