Just a stone's throw from the lively town center of Prayssac, you'll enjoy absolute peace and quiet, with access to local shops and typical regional markets. Fitted kitchen with dining area. 2 separate sleeping areas; 2 bedrooms, one with 1 double bed (140cm), the other with 2 single beds (90cm). Shower room with WC. On the other side of the house: 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed (giving access to the Piscine), another bedroom with 2 x 90cm beds. Semi-enclosed grounds of 2000m² with garage (possibility of storing bicycles), garden Cabin (not accessible to tenants), carport, swimming pool secured by perimeter alarm and bar cover (size 8x4, max depth: 1m35), pétanque court, plancha, robot lawnmower. Cellar not accessible. All-inclusive package (€75 cleaning fee included in price - subject to deposit). Reversible air conditioning in all rooms.
