The charm begins as soon as you enter: the tastefully decorated living room invites you to relax. The garden, a small haven of greenery, welcomes you for breakfasts or aperitifs in the golden light of dusk. Just a few steps away, a small village café adds to the convivial atmosphere: perfect for a morning coffee or a drink on the terrace after a day's exploring. And what an exploration it was! The famous Gouffre de Padirac is just a stone's throw away. Here, you can plunge into the bowels of the earth in the morning, and return to the comforting warmth of your stone cocoon in the evening. Open-plan living room with TV and dining area, kitchen. Bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and shower room with WC. Upstairs, a study and play area (baby bed, sofa and TV). Bedroom with 160cm bed, shower room and separate WC. Unenclosed grounds with parking space, barbecue and garden furniture. Wood heating on first floor and reversible air-conditioning upstairs. All-inclusive package. No washing machine at present. 4G network but no livebox.
