Designed to accommodate up to 12 people, it features five comfortable bedrooms, including a cozy mezzanine dormitory, ideal for kids or get-togethers with friends. The living areas invite you to share special moments, while the outdoor space promises true relaxation. On sunny days, enjoy the Piscine surrounded by lush greenery—a true oasis of coolness—or treat yourself to a soak in the hot tub with a view of nature. Young and old alike will also enjoy the outdoor games and the wide-open spaces surrounding the property. Here, birdsong replaces the noise of the City, and tranquility reigns supreme. Whether you’re coming to recharge, celebrate a family event, or simply spend a few days with friends, the house offers the ideal setting to create beautiful memories. Located in Frayssinhes, just a few kilometers from Saint-Céré, it’s an excellent starting point for exploring the region’s treasures: the charming villages of the Lot, gourmet markets, hiking trails, the Dordogne and Cère valleys, not to mention iconic sites such as the Château de Castelnau-Bretenoux, the towers of Saint-Laurent, and the famous Padirac Chasm. Two-story holiday cottage. The main entrance leads to a TV lounge. To the left is a reading room leading to a bathroom (toilet, washing machine) and a bedroom (160-cm bed). On the other side, a semi-open kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. From the living room, a spiral staircase leads to a mezzanine dormitory—with a steeply sloped ceiling —(4 beds, 80x200) leading to another bedroom/TV lounge (1 bed, 160x200 / accessible independently via the outdoor staircase) and a separate toilet. A terrace in front of the kitchen provides separate access to two other bedrooms: one on the ground floor with two 80x200 beds (which can be joined) and the other on the first floor with one 140x190 bed. Covered main terrace with outdoor kitchen. Hot tub and swimming pool secured by a fence (dimensions: 13x4.5 / up to 2m deep). Property is not fenced. All-inclusive package. Option to rent for 6 months per year (check with the owner).
