Nestling at the crossroads between Sarlat, Gourdon and Rocamadour, it offers a peaceful base on the edge of the Lot and Dordogne rivers. Here, calm reigns: only the village bells and the crowing of the rooster punctuate your day. There's a lovely communal swimming pool (open from June to September), a future pétanque court, and even archery lessons with the owner. Semi-detached from the owners' 2-bedroom bed and breakfast, breakfast is available on request and at an additional cost. Nearby, the "Écoute s'il pleut" Base de loisirs will delight young and old with its inflatable games, swimming, fishing and paddle-boating areas. An ideal address for a green holiday, away from the hustle and bustle, between nature and authenticity.

Separate entrance for the single-storey Holiday cottage: 23 m² living room with kitchen and dining area, 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed, 1 x 90cm extra bed) with access to the outside via French windows, bathroom with WC. Reversible air conditioning in the bedroom and Electric heating in the other rooms. Fiber-optic Wifi access. Location with a 15 m² terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Communal grounds of 1 hectare with deckchairs, Piscine shared with the owners and the two Bed and breakfast rooms (9.6 x 4.5 flat-bottomed, 1.50 m deep) secured by fence and alarm, sun loungers, clothesline.
