Welcome to La Maison du Batelier, a charming haven just a stone's throw from the famous Gouffre de Padirac, accommodating up to 12 guests. This renovated former family home tells the story of a boatman who guided visitors into the depths of the Gouffre de Padirac. Each room has its own private shower room, ensuring privacy and comfort. The spacious, light-filled living room is the perfect setting for convivial meals and evening get-togethers. Outside, a large enclosed area welcomes Kids' laughter and games around the portico and private swimming pool (June to September). Opposite, La Grange aux Truffes treats gourmets to artisanal ice creams and chocolates. From the Holiday cottage, you can walk to Padirac, and don't forget to visit Rocamadour, Autoire, Carennac or Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, some of France's most beautiful villages! Nature lovers will love the Lake de Tauriac and the banks of the Dordogne for fishing or canoeing. Here, everything is in place for a carefree, all-inclusive holiday of pleasure and relaxation.

House accessible by a few steps: 50 m² living room, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), shower room with WC, separate WC. First floor: 5 attic bedrooms, 4 with private, open-plan shower rooms (4 140cm beds, 1 120cm bed, 1 90x200cm bunk bed), separate toilet with washbasin. Electric heating on 1st floor. Oil-fired central heating on the first floor, with a Wood heating stove in the living room. Garden level laundry room with washing machine, fridge-freezer and sink. Courtyard of 50 m². Enclosed grounds of 1,500 m²: private saltwater swimming pool (6x3, flat-bottomed, 1 m45) secured by gate and bar cover, portico, ping-pong table, badminton games, barbecue.
