An enchanting and bucolic setting, ideal for a family vacation. Nestled in the heart of the Countryside, surrounded by forests and meadows. You’ll be charmed by its cozy atmosphere. The beds will be made for your arrival, and linens and towels are provided.

Hiking trails start right from the holiday cottage (Hiking guidebook available in the holiday cottage) Shared pool (9x4 / 1.10 to 1.35 deep) to be shared with the owners; closed after 10:30 p.m., and pets are not allowed in the pool enclosure. Tasting of local products provided upon arrival. Located near the tourist attractions of the Dordogne and Lot-et-Garonne regions.
Cleaning deposit: 70€.
On the ground floor: Living room with a stove, kitchen (microwave, fridge-freezer, gas stovetop, kettle, toaster, drip coffee maker, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, crepe maker, frying pans, pots), laundry room (washer, dryer, iron, vacuum cleaner), and separate restroom. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 bed 1.40 m), (1 bed 1.40 m), (1 bed 1.20 m, 1 bed 0.90 m), bathroom: shower, 2 sinks, hair dryer. Toilet.
Enclosed property (100 m²) with a fenced-in courtyard at the rear of the house and a covered carport. The Piscine is generally open from early April through late September or early October, depending on the weather.
