Named after its former owner, this gite boasts beautiful grounds planted with trees and flowers in a peaceful setting, a bright interior with spacious rooms and a decor that alternates contemporary with updated antique furniture, all of which is equipped to a high standard of comfort. With swimming nearby (beach on the Dordogne river in the village and water park or lake 10 minutes away by car), hiking in a remarkable landscape (maps available in the gîte and advice from the owner), access to shops within a 5-minute walk and the pleasure of having beds made up on arrival and towels available...La Maison d'Augustine has everything to please in every season! A 107m² house in a quiet suburban environment, with on the same level: a large living/dining room opening onto an enclosed terrace with access to the park, a fully-equipped kitchen with built-in units and fridge/freezer, 3 bedrooms (two with 160cm beds and one with a 90cm bed), bathroom with two basins, bath and shower, separate toilet with hand-washer. Washing machine in closed garage, accessible for bikes and motorcycles only. Enclosed grounds, garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, parking. Wifi in the gite. Price includes sheets and beds made up on arrival, towels and 3 kitchen towels. All baby equipment available. Electric heating extra on meter reading.
