This family home, built around 1873 by Laurette's great-grandfather Auguste, has been passionately renovated to create a vacation home with bright, pleasantly decorated rooms. With its magnificent view over the surrounding Countryside thanks to its dominant position, its ideal geographical location with Gramat and St Céré 10kms away (all shops and services), and Rocamadour and Padirac 15 kms away, as well as the comfort available to guests... "La Maison d'Auguste" really has it all! A real favorite!

The house is built over a cellar, with a few steps leading up to a covered terrace, then on the same level: fully-equipped kitchen with built-in units and table and chairs; living room with dining area and sitting area with sofa, armchair, flat-screen TV; 3 bedrooms, 2 with 1 x 140cm bed, and one with a 90cm bed; shower room with very large Italian-style shower, washbasin and toilet. Electric heating (extra charge €12/day). 2000m² fenced garden with trees and flowers, 12m² covered terrace with garden furniture. Beds made on arrival, sheets included. The plot is enclosed by a box hedge on one side, a wire fence on the other, a wooden gate and an iron gate.
