Lovely house with lots of architectural character set in a natural setting of woods and streams. Two large lakes are nearby, as are the major sites for which the northern Lot region is famous. Situated on the border of the Lot and Cantal departments, you're in the heart of some of the most prestigious places in these 2 départements. Rocamadour in the Lot, a village built into the hillside, Padirac, the largest chasm in Europe, etc. The semi-altitude climate remains fairly temperate during the hot summer months.

La maison d'Angéline is an old house dating from the 18th century. Covered in shale stone, it is located in a small hamlet. A long path lined with oak, beech and fir trees leads to the house. Set in the greenery of the Ségala region, surrounded by streams and unspoilt woods, far from the noise of the City. You'll love the peace and quiet! It's also ideally placed for visiting many of the Lot's tourist attractions and festivals, including Lyric in St-Céré, Boogie Woogie in Laroquebrou in nearby Cantal and the Theater International de Rue in Aurillac. It's also worth remembering that we're in the Lot, close to the Cantal and Corrèze, in a triangle where some of France's greatest historic sites are located. In the Holiday cottage, you'll find a wide range of documentation on these subjects. A real change of scenery! Take advantage of the many hiking trails on offer, the beautiful local heritage and Swimming on the beaches of the two large lakes of Saint Etienne Cantalès and Le Tolerme. Part of these lakes is equipped with a beach where Kids and adults can play and swim.

The house itself comprises: On the ground floor, a lovely living/dining room with large fireplace and library area, a separate kitchen with dishwasher, and a laundry room with washing machine. Upstairs, 1 mezzanine bedroom with 1 x 1.40 m double bed and a baby bed. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm). 1 bedroom with a single bed (140cm). 1 bathroom with WC. Outside, in front of the house, a courtyard with barbecue, to the left a large unfenced area with table tennis and deckchairs. Open parking in the shade.
