Beautiful renovated barn in the Countryside, ideally located near many tourist sites: Rocamadour (monkey Forest, eagle rock); Padirac chasm, Lacave caves, Presque caves, Castelnau castle, Montal castle... Beautiful villages such as Collonge la Rouge, Martel, Loubressac, Carennac... What's more, La Grange d'Elie has plenty to offer on site: just a few steps away you'll find a lake with play areas for Kids, fishing spots, supervised swimming in summer... You'll also find a bowling green, a lovely soccer pitch and Hiking trails. We can welcome you all year round, our Holiday cottage is equipped with reversible air-conditioning and will be decorated for Christmas and New Year's Eve.

With a resolutely contemporary feel and refined decor, you'll love the vast, bright living room lit by large bay windows, the bedrooms all with en-suite shower rooms, the comfort and modern equipment, the opportunity to enjoy the large, secure, landscaped terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside and, above all, the fully-secured Piscine. Close to a charming village in the heart of the Dordogne Valley, with the particularity of being located on an island, near a river that fishing enthusiasts will appreciate, and a landscaped Lake, La Grange d'Elie is perfect for comfortably accommodating 4 to 8 people! It's a corner of unspoilt nature, wide open spaces, all situated at the crossroads of exceptional sites and listed villages, not forgetting the bounty of our terroir that you'll find at our farmers' markets.

A few steps lead up to the Holiday cottage, which has a secure terrace with a sitting area and large garden furniture protected by a large electric blind. A large bay window leads to the Holiday cottage, with all rooms on the same level: large living room with sitting area (flat-screen TV, large corner sofa), dining area, attractive kitchenette with built-in units. A wide corridor leads to 3 bedrooms, each with its own private shower room: 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, 1 bedroom with 1 x 140cm bed (a baby bed can easily be added if required), 1 bedroom with 1 x 140cm bed, 2 x 90cm beds. Separate WC. Unenclosed grounds of 400m² with gantry, private fenced swimming pool. Holiday cottage adjoining the owners' house, not overlooked: entrance, fenced park and private parking area leading to access road. Beds made on arrival and bathroom linen provided at no extra charge. Optional cleaning: 100€. Reversible air-conditioning (a charge for electricity will be made from October to the end of May only).
