La Grange de Marie

Halfway between Gramat and Figeac, in the heart of a typical village with its unique Gothic church, discover La Grange de Marie, a pleasant house bordered by a small stream. With its bright living room, fully renovated kitchen and bedrooms opening onto covered terraces, it's a very pleasant place for 2 to 4 people. We love the shady park 50m away, with its beautiful wash-house, and a play area with soccer cages, basketball hoop, pétanque, picnic tables..., which will delight Kids.

House on 2 levels. On the village street side, a few steps give access to the large covered balcony and the entrance to the Holiday cottage, which comprises on the same level: living/dining room, kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 double bed) with direct access to the covered balcony overlooking the garden, shower room, WC. Staircase leading down to garden level with large corridor leading to 1 bedroom (2 x 90cm beds with direct access to covered terrace and garden), bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC, laundry room. Enclosed garage with washing machine and tumble dryer. Unenclosed garden, garden furniture, barbecue, 4 bicycles available. The Holiday cottage is in the heart of the village, close to the fortified church (bells ring from 7am to 7pm). The price includes heating for the periods concerned.
