The Gîte de Patou—named as a nod to its owner, Patrick—welcomes you to the heart of the Lot countryside, just 3 kilometers from the town center of Catus. Set on a 2-hectare property, the holiday cottage offers a peaceful, lush setting—ideal for recharging your batteries away from the hustle and bustle. This spacious, detached house charms with its generous rooms and well-defined spaces. You’ll find a separate, fully equipped kitchen—perfect for sharing convivial moments—as well as a separate living room, ideal for relaxing and enjoying quiet evenings. The light-filled veranda offers an unobstructed view of the surrounding Countryside and quickly becomes a favorite spot for breakfast or quiet evenings. Le Gîte de Patou is also an ideal starting point for nature lovers. Numerous hiking trails are accessible directly from the holiday cottage, winding through paths and landscapes typical of the Lot region. Just 3 kilometers away, Lake Catus offers supervised swimming, water sports, fishing, and walking paths for all ages. Combining nature, comfort, and authenticity, the Gîte de Patou is the perfect place for a relaxing stay with family or friends.

Access to the house is via an outdoor staircase. The veranda leads to the covered terrace and the holiday cottage’s entryway. The entryway leads on one side to two bedrooms (which can be accessed separately but are also connected to each other): one has a 140-size bed and the other has two 90-size beds. On the other side of the entry hall is a kitchen with a dining area leading either to a hallway that connects to a third bedroom (140-cm bed) or to another hallway leading to a separate toilet, a bathroom, and a living room (which opens onto the balcony terrace).
