Le Holiday cottage de Patou, named after its owner Patrick, welcomes you to the heart of the Lot countryside, just 3 kilometers from the center of Catus. Set on a 2-hectare property, the Holiday cottage offers a peaceful, leafy setting, ideal for recharging your batteries away from the hustle and bustle. This large, detached house features spacious, well-separated living areas. You'll find a separate, fully-equipped kitchen, perfect for sharing convivial moments, as well as a separate living room, ideal for relaxation and quiet evenings. The veranda, bathed in light, offers an unobstructed view of the surrounding Countryside and quickly becomes a privileged place for breakfasts or the end of a quiet day. Holiday cottage de Patou is also an ideal base for nature lovers. Many Hiking trails and typical Lot landscapes are directly accessible from the Holiday cottage. Just 3 kilometers away, Lake Catus offers supervised swimming, water sports, fishing and walking trails for all ages. Access to the house via an outside staircase. The veranda gives access to the covered terrace and the Holiday cottage entrance hall. The hall gives access on one side to 2 bedrooms (independently accessible but also communicating): one with a 140cm bed, the other with 2 90cm beds. On the other side of the entrance hall is a kitchen with dining area leading either to a corridor leading to a 3rd bedroom (bed 140) or another corridor leading to an independent WC, a shower room and a lounge/living room (giving access to the balcony terrace). Balcony terrace. Unenclosed garden. Bed linen included. Optional €100 cleaning charge (a deposit of the same amount will be required). Electricity included (consumption under supervision).
