Adjoining another gîte and close to the owners' house. 2 terraces, adjoining grounds, relaxation room (games, reading) and shared pool (9x4m) with 2 other gîtes (46G11856 and 46G12149 ) for 2 and 4 people and the owners. Ground floor: dining area/integrated kitchen (combined microwave/oven/freezer...)/33m2 terrace, bedroom (1.60m bed), furnished relaxation area (armchair, TV) and direct access to small terrace.
